Most problems with logging are simply a case of mistyped login details, but there other things that may stop you logging in. Please check the following if you are having difficulties:

• Your username and password is case sensitive – make sure you do not have caps locks on.
• Ensure that you have cookies enabled and that your computer or device can handle cookies.
• If possible update your web browser to the latest version.
  
  If you are still unable to login after trying all of the above, please send an email to support@travelscrapbook.net stating details of your problem including the operating system and web browser you are using.

Yes, the site is 100% free however we do offer some additional service at extra cost. You do not need to supply us with any payment information to use the basic features of the site.

As well as being able to use the site on a pc or laptop, you will be able to use the site on many mobile devices. The device will need some kind of web browser capable of displaying html. Typically, most decent phones created in the last few years should be able to support this.
